Working with Levanter Developments, planning has been achieved under Delegated powers for this residential scheme of 14 contemporary apartments on Farnham Road in the centre of Guildford.

The aspiration for the design of the proposal is to develop a contemporary design that takes references from the materials and details used in the local vernacular architecture.

Vertical rhythm generated by the rows of housing, combined with the horizontal emphasis of materials and detailing, create an opportunity to develop a modern design that echoes the quality and texture of these materials.
