As part of the Kidwells Park House redevelopment, which included 50,000sqft of accommodation on the adjoining site, this hotel provides 122 bedrooms for Premier Inn within the centre of Maidenhead.

The principle aim for the project was to design a contemporary building that responds to the varying site conditions that are found on all four of its boundaries. The building must be visually striking and raise the standards of design quality that can be found in the immediate context.

The building was designed as a sequence of events along Bad Godesburg Way, with each element have its own individual aesthetic within a constrained palette of materials that takes its cue from the new 9 storey corner development.
