Initially working with Levanter Developments SCd Architects have helped secure planning approval for 14 residential units on this sloping and tapering site in Guildford, comprising of a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The building was then constructed by Runnymede Homes.

The building is designed to appear as a series of buildings stepping up the hill, articulated on both plan and elevation to create a series of events that break the mass of the building. This is further highlighted the use you of two key materials, brickwork and render.

Car parking is provided beneath the building to enable the remaining site area to be landscaped and used as residential amenity.
