The site is located within the local Green Belt, a Conservation Area, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an Area of Great Landscape Value.
Due to significant changes in level across the site the land was re-profiled in order to maximise the views from the main living spaces but also to provide easy vehicle access to the site. The living room and kitchen / diner space both open out onto first floor terraces which are angle to face the stunning views across the Surrey Hills.
